Hey, I'm Mindy Lewis!

Thank you for being here.

I'm so dedicated to helping women overcome their fear and make big changes, so they can lose weight and keep it off! 


Because not so long ago, I was in the same spot. Terrified to start and riddled with self-doubt. 

I never was good at Phys. Ed class. When I joined the gym, I didn't know what to do on a fitness machine. Maybe use some equipment, like the treadmill, but never a full workout routine. I'd sign up, quit and pay for it for a year. Repeatedly.

Sound familiar (and backwards)?

 No one ever asked me why it didn't work. They took my money and didn't notice if I showed up or not. 

Skip ahead years and years of struggling with hypothyroidism and weight fluctuations; I couldn't breathe.

People were making comments about my weight.

"Are you working on your butt?"

"Pardon? No..."


After a Christmas holiday full of eating baking in 2018 and my largest weight, I thought I couldn't do this anymore. 

I changed my diet, and off it came. In March of 2019, I entered the Rattler Race, a local race, in the 3km stream. I was out of breath and had little endurance, but I finished.

Fast track a month later, I was running almost 7 km and in a hill event, called Conquer the Coulee, running the entire event and for part of it even carrying the weight I lost on my shoulders across a baseball field.

I took on fitness and felt like an athlete because I started.

I started somewhere, despite the fear...

And now my health journey has extended to becoming a health coach to help you today!

My programs are developed from my 10-years of experience as a counsellor and coach, combined with becoming an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2020. 

I have the tools and capabilities to take you to the next level in losing the weight you want to lose. 

And beyond the other promises you've been sold, I want you to succeed. I don't want you to pay me and fail yourself because you're scared to walk into a gym or be embarrassed to attend a coaching session. 

Heck no!

You're going to push through self-doubt and get motivated by the same things that got you here!

I want you to:

  • Be knowledgeable about your nutrition and what fitness works for you.
  • To know about the deep underlying causes that brought you to the table. Being able to cope with your experiences and heal is part of your journey for maintaining your weight.
  • Come off your medications because you've healed the connection with your gut.
  • Back in the events, you're missing out on. If you want to be in the gym, you're going to get into the gym. Or you're to be in the park with your kids? You're getting there.

Your fear will no longer hold you back from being who you're supposed to be or stop you from being where you're want to be.

It's not your weight; it's your fear.

Oh no, your weight is manageable. Your health is in your control. 

You're a good fit for these programs if you want to:

  • Give it your all
  • You want to face what has been holding you back.
  •  Do this, but you don't know where to start.
  • Take each step and keep moving forward!
